When will my order dispatch?

We stock new and popular products directly at Lad Armor and dispatch within 24 hours. Some products dispatch from Florida, United States and dispatch within 48 hours. This information is available on individual product pages.

How long do orders take to ship?

We aim to have your orders delivered within 3-7 days in Australia from the day of dispatch. Items coming from USA can take 7-21 days. 

International orders can take between 9 and 25 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, PayPal, Afterpay (Clearpay) and Zip Pay. Available payment methods may be subject to your location.

What country can I use Afterpay (Clearpay) and Zip?

You can use Afterpay in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK(Clearpay). Zip Pay is available in Australia only.

Can I changed my mind?

We have a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. You can change your order at any time before an item is dispatched. Once you receive the item, or if it has already been shipped, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused and able to be resold.
