When will my order dispatch?

We offer same day dispatch when you place your order before 2pm AEST (Business Days Only). Otherwise, your item will ship next business day.

How long do orders take to ship?

We aim to have your orders delivered within 3-7 days in Australia from the day of dispatch.

International orders can take between 9 and 25 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Afterpay (Clearpay) and Zip Pay. Available payment methods may be subject to your location. PayPal is currently unavailable.

What country can I use Afterpay (Clearpay) and Zip?

You can use Afterpay in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK(Clearpay). Zip Pay is available in Australia only.

Can I changed my mind about my order?

We have a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. You can change your order at any time before an item is dispatched. Once you receive the item, or if it has already been shipped, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused and able to be resold.
