When will my order dispatch?

We stock new and popular products directly at Lad Armor and usually dispatch within 2 days. Some items may require a longer lead time as they come from the supplier. Lad Armor also dispatches some products from Florida, United States. Each product will indicate this information on their individual pages. Your order will dispatch once all items are ready.

How long do orders take to ship?

We aim to have your orders delivered within 3-7 days in Australia from the day of dispatch. International orders may take up to 21 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip. Available payment methods may be subject to your location.

What country can I use Afterpay and Zip?

Currently, you can use Afterpay in Australia and New Zealand. Zip is available in Australia.

Can I changed my mind?

We have a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. You can change your order at any time before an item is dispatched. Once you receive the item, or it has already been shipped, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused and able to be resold.
