How long do products take to ship?

We aim to have your orders delivered in 3-7 days in Australia from the day of dispatch. International orders may take up to 21 days. Third-Party items may have additional processing time, this information can be found on the individual products page. Learn More.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip. Available payment methods may be subject to your location.

What country can I use Afterpay and Zip?

Currently, you can use Afterpay in Australia and New Zealand. Zip is available in Australia only.

Can I changed my mind?

We have a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. You can change your order at any time before an item is dispatched. Once you receive the item, or it has already been shipped, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused and able to be resold. Sometimes, we may make a mistake. If you received an incorrect product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.
