30 Day Change Of Mind Guarantee

At Lad Armor, we want you to be completely happy with each and every purchase. When your order arrives, if you feel they are not quite right for you, we will be happy for you to return them for a complete refund of the purchased price. The items will need to be returned in the condition they arrived, that’s unused, unwashed and clean with it’s original packaging and original tags still attached. We are unable to refund any shipping fees you may incur if you return something to us.

So, if you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, for a money back refund or store credit. You will need to cover the shipping.

Remember, we can’t accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn or used
  • The item is worn or soiled
  • The item has been washed
  • The item has been damaged by misuse or modified
  • The item is not in their original packaging with tags attached

Incorrect Product

We are only human, and sometimes we make mistakes. If you receive an item and it’s significantly different than what you ordered, including incorrect size, colour or style, you can return it for a complete refund of the purchase price or exchange for the correct item. The items will need to be returned in the condition they arrived, that’s unused, unwashed and clean with it’s original packaging and original tags still attached. We will cover any standard shipping cost you may incur if you return an incorrect item to us.

So, if you received the wrong item, you can return it for a money back refund, store credit or exchange. We will cover the shipping, but nothing fancy like express post.

Remember, we can’t accept returns if:

Missing Order

While we do our best to ensure you receive your orders quickly, sometimes, things get lost. We normally have item’s shipped to your door within 7-14 days. If you have not received your order within 24 days contact us and we will locate your shipment and have it at your door as soon as possible. If your order cannot be located we will resend your order or refund the original purchase price.

So, if your order has not arrived within 24 days of being placed, contact us and we will follow up on it’s location and ensure it arrives as soon as possible. If it’s really lost we will give you a money back refund, store credit or resend your order.

Faulty Products

As we are an Australian business, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and are extended to our global consumers.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer a replacement only and not offer a refund or store credit. Due to International Health Policies we do not offer any repairs on underwear.

Many items will come with an additional manufacturer’s warranty as indicated in the documentation provided with the relevant goods. Should you wish to make any claim under a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend that you do so directly to the relevant manufacturer. However, our friendly customer service team can also assist you with an enquiry of this nature.

If it is identified that there is no fault with the product or that the product has been damaged through misuse, abnormal use or abuse, Lad Armor may require you to reimburse us for any costs that we may have incurred, including product assessment fees imposed on us by the manufacturer and the cost of transport of the product.

So, you are entitled to a money back refund, store credit or exchange and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage for a major failure in the product. If the items are not of acceptable quality or if a fault is only minor you may only be entitled for an exchange. You can contact Lad Armor or the manufacturer for warranty claims. If there is no fault, or the  product has been damaged through misuse, abnormal use or abuse you may be required to reimburse Lad Armor for any costs it has incurred.
